SmartMix is designed for ready-mix producers looking to invest more in the management of their mixes, as opposed to simply maintaining them, to improve quality while remaining cost optimal.

Can I use SmartMix if my data is incomplete or inconsistent?

Yes, even with incomplete or inconsistent data, SmartMix can provide valuable insights. Roxi, our AI, has already been trained on 300,000 concrete mixtures, and her suggestions continue to improve as more data is added. Additionally, SmartMix offers a seamless solution to consolidate all your data and guide you toward improved testing practices while identifying existing data gaps.

Can SmartMix integrate with my existing QC system?

Yes, if you already have a QC system that you prefer, SmartMix will pull your performance data directly from this source. For those without or wanting to displace their existing QC system, SmartMix offers CORE QC features and often is the users’ mix source of truth.

How does the pricing model work?

Pricing is a flat rate billed quarterly or annually for full access to the platform. Additional costs are only required if user-specific customizations are required. Onboarding fees may be required based on assessment from a product engineer on complexity. Giatec does not charge additional costs for support or success hours with our experts.
