Giatec’s Response to COVID-19: All Products Still Available

Giatec recognizes that the environment around COVID-19 is evolving quickly. We would like to take this opportunity to assure you that Giatec has taken measures to ensure we continue to deliver our products and services to meet your needs. We are regularly monitoring developments globally and will adjust our response accordingly.

At this time, Giatec’s supply chain remains strong. We have sufficient inventory levels to meet our regular product demands for the foreseeable future. Furthermore, our key suppliers have assured us that orders currently in process will not be delayed. In addition, we’ve been in contact with our delivery couriers who assure us that their businesses continue to operate as normal.

For some of our international customers and partners, you’ve probably heard in the news of the measures the Canadian government has taken in closing our borders. We assure you that these measures do not apply to commercial activities and as such should not impact our US and international business customers and partners. The Canadian government has been active in working with our US and international trade partners to ensure that commercial activities continue to run smoothly.

While ensuring we continue to meet the needs of our customers, Giatec has also taken measures to ensure the continued health and safety of our employees, their families, our customers and our business partners. Prior to the spread of COVID-19, the majority of our employees were already well equipped to work remotely. As such, many of our employees are working remotely to practice the “social distancing” and “self-isolation” recommended by medical professionals internationally.

In addition to remote working, we remain well equipped to conduct external meetings via voice and video conferencing tools. We encourage you to continue connecting with your Giatec representatives virtually so we can continue to meet your needs.
